I’m writing about false Prophets not in the biblical or religious sense, but rather about those that peddle false ideas and outright lies and deception: world politics is full of them.
My wife is Brazilian and so my second home is in Brazil. While I was living there, President Lula da Silva was in power (Long John Silver, I call him).
Brazil at the time was being lauded as one of the now infamous BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, China) countries and things appeared to be going well. This also boosted Lula at the time. President Lula (as he’s known) makes a very interesting case study.
Lula da Silva hobnobbed on the world stage, along with famous globalist politicians like Barack Obama and his ilk. Lula’s support came from the incredibly poor in Brazil, one of the most polarised countries in the world.
Lula became a hero among the poor, but in reality he was just throwing them breadcrumbs. After two terms in office, Lula’s protege, Dilma Rousseff, was elected, but with an understanding with Lula that it would be for just one term until he became eligible for re-election. Dilma however, carried on for a second term and this caused tensions.
In the recent Brazilian presidential campaign, Lula was again the leader of the race, however, he resides in jail, convicted of accepting massive bribes from big business.
Corruption in the Brazilian government is rife and I suspect that the only reason Lula was prosecuted was as a ploy by the opposition to prevent his inevitable re-election.
Lula is currently still fighting his election campaign from a prison cell, while Brazil’s best lawyers try to spring him. Once the Presidential candidates have been confirmed though, Lula will be prevented from becoming president if he’s still in jail (very discerning of them). I have to say though, that only in Brazil would a man be able to conduct a presidential campaign from prison.
Nevertheless, Lula was a leader preaching altruism and compassion, while throwing breadcrumbs to the poor and making himself very wealthy while doing so. Yet Lula’s brainwashed supporters continue to passionately cheer him on.
We’re seeing the same thing in the United States. The rabid Lefties are continuing to try to undermine a democratically elected president, the facade of democracy is beginning to crack. Hillary Clinton isn’t in prison yet, but as we can see as her crimes come to light, she certainly should be.
Here in the United Kingdom, we don’t yet have a Donald Trump to fight the globalists, their lies and deceit. How often have we watched a Chancellor’s budget, where he claims to be a caring Chancellor, while throwing, perhaps to pensioners, bread crumbs: maybe five pounds annually towards their heating bill: we should be waking up to this disingenious technique by now.
Of course, Stalin was a master of this technique, anther champion of the working man: how many people did he kill?
Now we have the European Union, whose leaders, I have to say, always remind me of escapees from the Rocky Horror Show. These Eurocrats espouse altruism and socialist doctrines, but as we’ve seen, they nearly broke Greece and its people who were suffering in hospital without anaesthetics, while they met at the world’s best hotels, enjoying the finest food and wine to discuss this little problem. These Eurocrats are as bad as Stalin.
I hate to criticise other people’s religions, but now (probably it’s always been the case) the Roman Catholic Church has jumped onto the globalist bandwagon. It seems to have become a champion of Islam and the Pope has been preaching the same globalist claptrap from his palace called the Vatican.
As Margaret Thatcher once said: ‘the trouble with Socialists is that they always run out of other people’s money.’ Nothing about the European Union works in sound economic terms. This will end in disaster as Socialist regimes always do, and it will be massively compounded by the mass migration of fighting-age Jihadis allowed into our countries by these globalist acolytes.
Which brings me to our own politicians. We only have to look as far back as the expenses scandal to see the kind of people they are. They preach to us and treat us like fools while they line their pockets and, of course, in reality they just can’t stand the thought of leaving the European gravy train.
People are indeed waking up to the threat of these false prophets, but it needs to happen more quickly because as we wise up to their globalist scam, they will resort to ever more Totalitarian methods as has always been the case with such regimes. This is confirmed by the following article:
“UK proposes six-year prison sentence for criticizing Islam”
These Socialist or Communist regimes have never in their history ever lifted anybody out of poverty, they always just drag everybody down to the same level while enriching the unscrupulous, mendacious and just plain evil perpetrators of such regimes. Indeed if they were to lift their people out of poverty, they would undermine their support base, they can’t afford to do this – and not just for financial reasons.
Socialism and Communism are the most evil regimes ever devised in history, these represent raw power, it’s like being pushed with an iron fist dressed in a velvet glove. If we don’t win the coming battle, our future is very bleak indeed.
The current political leader (sic) of the United Kingdom, Theresa May, is just such a false prophet. She insists that the UK will leave the European Union, that she will honour the democratic wish of 17.4 million people, yet by her actions we can see that she just can’t bring herself to do so.
Lula da Silva is a corrupt false prophet of a politician that is now in prison where he belongs. There are many others globally that deserve this and hopefully will join him, including Theresa May.
We have a democratic right to political representation, these politicians are meant to be our servants, not vice versa.
Our country will remain in steady and terminal decline until we can establish a true democracy, until we stop listening to false prophets.
Someone appears to have been immersing themselves in Infowarsesque diatribe. For example, “Socialism and Communism are the most evil regimes ever devised in history…” What Socialism? It comes in various flavours, not all Marxist, and the concept existed before Marx even began to develop his theories. Most particular is the Christian Socialist Movement of the early Victorian period which arose in reaction to the widespread poverty of the time. These people were no seekers of “raw power” via an “iron fist”. Were they not supposed to seek a better way? As for Socialism being amongst the “most evil regimes”, is the author suggesting the autocratic Saudi regime is less evil than any Socialist one? How about Papa Doc’s regime in Haiti?
Incidentally, Marx never even formulated a blueprint for how a socialist society should operate, but merely offered a critical analysis of feudalism and capitalism, leading to his conclusion that a socialist order would inevitably follow.
Who can say for sure that Lula da Silva was not stitched-up by those in the pay of Washington, who are intent on disrupting BRICS, which threatens to rival the Rothschild-controlled IMF?
It could be argued that Cuba’s revolution did raise its people up, because it developed health and education standards that could match and beat most of the developed capitalist world. Rather than, as the author states, being dragged down to the same low level, most Cubans have been raised to the same level, yet restricted by crippling trade sanctions imposed by its superpower neighbour to the north.
Then the ludicrous suggestion that the European Union is an example of socialism. Even Nigel Farage correctly called it out as a corporatist racket, albeit with a Soviet facade. Would a socialist organisation forbid the nationalisation of a private company, as stipulated in the Maastricht Treaty? Of course not!
If there was ever a “false prophet”, it’s Donald Trump, already breaking his pre-election promises with regard to forging a friendly relationship with Moscow and putting an end to foreign wars, yet we see him leading the charge against Russia, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, continuing the foreign policy of those who preceded him, yet so many now set that aside in order to resume giving praise to the great deceiver who has so easily sold his soul to AIPAC. Such blind faith is reminiscent of the hard-left’s worship of Corbyn!
This is a good point, but unfortunately it’s hard to encapsulte everything in a thousand word. Socialism and Communism in its pure form as it’s sold to its followers may be OK. Of course what happens in reality is that these political systems are hijacked by certain people to their own ends.
Of course the European Union is a corporatist racket, but everything they do is supposedly for your own good. they always espouse such altruism and left wing ideas, when in reality the system becomes a way to enrich the few at the expense of the many.
In reality it’s all just names and propaganda, smoke and mirrors, whatever you call these things or the EU, our country is still heading to hell in a handcart . Whatever you’d chose to call our governments, our current situation is the sum total of their effots over many decades, I’ve got words that I’d prefer to call them but here I’m being polite.
Consider yourself lucky for having the luxury of a thousand words. I originally responded with 640 but it was rejected for exceeding the 400 word limit, so I was forced into severe editing.
In the ‘contributions’ section of our website it says quite clearly that posts should be 750 to 1000 words and comments should be a maximum of 400 words.
Indeed, Debbie. Don’t take it as a criticism because it wasn’t intended as such. I can understand the limitation being applied considering the unreadable length of comments I’ve seen in other forums, particularly when the grammar is bad.
Flyer: you say that if you were in the UK, you’d be with UKIP. Well, you can still be with UKIP either as a member of an overseas branch of UKIP or as an Honorary Member. Do get in touch HO about this.
Flyer, An excellent article. It is beginning to look like democracy is an aberration; briefly appearing like a comet, and extinguished as quickly as possible by the powerful. Kings and empires – there is nothing new under the sun – at least in the way we organise ourselves. Modern political language is used by the elite to disguise what they are really doing, and gull us back into serfdom.
We have been lulled into a false sense of security for the past 100 years or so. We have come to believe that free speech and democracy are some kind of self evident rights. They are not and never have been, in this country they have been fought for over a period of say 800 years and it is as important as ever to now organise and fight those who would try to reverse what our forefathers struggled and suffered to gain for us and which we wish to pass on to our descendants. Unfortunately the very real threat involves not only external agencies but internal ones ( traitors?), of which the worst at the moment seems to be the HofL.
Dear flyer, We must be really quick and clear regarding this, there appears to be a General Election (again) in the very near future. Where are UKIP? The rebuild is taking too long. If AMW and her new Party do not return to us we cannot fight for the Nation as our vote may be split.
Off to meet some like minded people tonight for a brainstorming session for the coming weeks. Watch this space.
Looks like it is too late, for the by-election anyway. AMW has already announced her candidancy for Lewisham and David Kurten today. We must unite and grow stronger for the sake of our country and indeed our civilisation. Good luck tonight Margaret and hope something positive emerges.
AMW knew that UKIP were announcing their candidate today, when did she announce hers? Have to say it will be interesting to see how many votes for each on this particular election.
Decisions will have to be made.
Perhaps I am too jaded. Perhaps I am wrong. However this is my opinion.
I believe (without evidence) that H Bolton was on a well funded mission to destroy UKIP from within. He used several methods amongst which was to divide and degrade the party of UKIP. The final example of his divide tactic was to set his “supporters” within UKIP against the NEC. His last ditch stand, as opposed to simply resigning was expensive for UKIP.
I also believe that For Britain was set up deliberately to weaken and split UKIP support further. Am sorry but I fail to believe that leadership candidates alone (on their own) have the resources to make films and set up new parties in a short time frame. I have been informed by contributors on here that it takes serious money to form a party.
I continue to say that the usage of the name “For Britain” also detracts for support out there for Britain First, posssibly there is also a similarity in Logo, I could be wrong. AMW et al could have simply joined Britain First, however I have been informed by an individual, who could be a “For Britain” supporter on here, that they view “Britain First” as extreme, dangerous and responsible for murder. So “For Britain”
Clearly AMW and “For Britain” will now seek to split any remaining and possibly growing vote way from UKIP.
If you are a member or supporter of “For Britain”, frankly I am not interested in reading your views or opinions. UKIP has enough of a struggle on to regain lost ground and take the fight back to the Europhile politicians who abound in both houses of Westminster to be bothering with “For Britain” advocates.
I am UKIP not For Britain, tonight I have met with a number of Branch Chairmen to discuss our way forward.
We have to get the UKIP supporters back into our party at the double. If they cannot see the problem of splitting the vote they are delusional.
Oh and by the way Chris, I completely agree with your view on the supposedly ex-LibDem and where the money to set up the competition may have come from.
Margaret D, I never thought you were anything but UKIP and am grateful for your work to help the UK.
You raised the subject and given “For Britain” will be contesting Lewisham, which is their right, it seemed fair for me to give my infiltration views on the “ex” Labour AMW and the “ex” Lib-Dem HB. UKIP was always going to be a target for the powers to manipulate and neutralise.
Personally I believe that “For Britain” is an effective state controlled holding vessel for activists the powers want to observe, similar to “Britain First” and the “BNP”.
Interesting, isn’t it, that every time a pro-British and particularly pro-English organization arises it is destroyed by TPTB as being ‘far-right’ or otherwise ‘Nazi’ which the population, in the main, accepts. UKIP is the last and to them, most dangerous, so we must be destroyed as well.
agree fully with your comment Sonya J P
I would suggest it was more a case of Ann Marie Waters deciding to leave UKIP after its membership appeared to show its naive stupidity by electing someone as politically pointless as Henry Bolton. Such a decision could only have cause for her deciding that UKIP was lost as worthwhile political force.
Where did “ex” Labour AMW get the funding and backing for a film and to be able to set up a new party in a short time period after losing the leadership bid. That was the point I’m making.
She does view UKIP as a political force she wants to reduce, that I agree. Such is her loyalty to UKIP. Personally I want UKIP to grow. Am tired of hearing from the AMW justification club.
The fact that she’s ex-Labour is irrelevant. UKIP could do with more ex-Labour Party members in order to dispel its image as an old-school alternative Tory outfit. There are plenty, like me, who eventually move to the so-called ‘right; as they get older, but still dislike laissez faire capitalism due to its divisive and inherently rapacious nature, and which ultimately leads to global corporatism.
IanPB – I agree with your comment apart from its first sentence. UKIP needs former labour members, totally agree. Am not sure that the divides are left – right anymore, the divides run across other fault lines as well.
My point is that AMW is possibly working to other agendas possibly associated with Labour which was why I placed the “ex” – Labour in quotation marks. I can’t prove it. I just want to see UKIP thrive and am “worried” that FB-AMW has pitched its camp across many of UKIP core policies in direct competition.
Your earlier comment of
‘AMW deciding to leave UKIP after its membership appeared to show its naive stupidity by electing someone as politically pointless as Henry Bolton’ is fair enough, except she did not just leave , she set up an alternative party.
The leadership election was a flawed process.
Interesting how many individuals leadership UKIP candidates, UKIP MEPs and possibly UKIP councillors have left UKIP to form other parties and in the case of some MEPs left but kept the position and salary and pension benefits ?
Bill Etheridge supported Rees-Evans who left. Is Steve Woolfe (MEP) with UKIP or is he an “independent” ?
Rees-Evans resigned from UKIP to found a new political party, called Affinity, but instead joined the Democrats and Veterans party and assuming its leadership. Waters set up a new political party, For Britain.[58][59] Powlesland left UKIP and stood as a local election candidate for the Libertarian Party UK in May 2018. [Wiki]
I am no expert on UKIP and my knowledge of it is minimal, however I believe UKIP will need to screen candidates more comprehensively as well as have an improved system for leadership contests. Ten original candidates is not optimal. The defection of UKIP position holders is also not optimal. To be fair though, UKIP is still a young party.
Have to agree with you Chris. I did stop using this site for a while due to the continued promotion of what is a rival party. I was told by Debbie in a reply to my last comment on the matter that the situation was being addressed. I’ve been back on this site for a short time and the AMW Roadshow, as I think of it, is being promoted in the comments yet again.
I think there are quite a few people who need to decide which party they wish to support. I disassociated myself from my local branch due to being put under pressure to vote for AMW in the leadership election last year. A couple of months ago I read on here an article by the secretary of that branch reporting on a meeting he attended for that rival party. The last paragraph of his article said we should get behind Gerard Batten as the then interim leader. That paragraph came across as an afterthought and I wondered just what party the branch secretary was supposed to be supporting. I’m just pleased that I don’t have anything further to do with the branch anymore and it looks like time for me to say goodbye to this site as well.
All the best, Chris and kind regards.
Thanks Brenda for taking the trouble to share your views on this. Your points make sense and that as AMW took many UKIP members with her, they and her are well placed to continue undermining UKIP from within and on sites like this one. Their recruitment campaign wont stop and UKIP minded people are their ideal prospective FB-AMW targets.
I appreciate your comment.
To almost plagiarise the title of a pamphlet by Lenin, Right wing politics: an infantile disorder.
IanPB Aside from failing to address and understand some of the initial article and comments already made in this section, it has not taken you too long to resort to the type of comment you have just made on the “pamphlet by Lenin”.
Also found your comment to Flyer suggesting he had mindlessly absorbed “infowarsesque diatribe” also bordering on the insulting. I am glad I gave you the benefit of my initial doubt.
Enjoy your conversations with others.
Chris, I would be interested to know where I failed to address and understand both the article and comments, particularly as I explained above that there’s a word limit. As for the one I made with regard the title of the pamphlet by Lenin, I would also like to know why you find it so objectionable, especially as it was intended as a mild piece of humour about the continual splits that occur on the so-called ‘right’ of politics.
With regard to your second point, I suggest you watch Alex Jones making his rants, the contents of which tend to display ignorance with regard to the subjects of Socialism and Marxism. If people wish to oppose and confront an ideology, they should take the trouble to properly understand it first, otherwise they’re just opposing for the sake of it and run the risk of being caught out by those who are more familiar with the subject. That’s not a defence of Socialism and Marxism, just an expression of my irritation when people talk on a subject without proper understanding of it. After all, I strongly oppose Islam but get similarly irritated when people make criticisms of it that are inaccurate. However, at least Flyer appeared to take my banter for what it was, ie. just banter, and felt no desire to complain about it. After all, I thought it was only Leftists who chose to feel offence on behalf of others.
I’m beginning to wish I hadn’t mentioned Lenin. The article though was about unscrupulous people that operate under the facade of Communism and Socialism.
Therein lies the real problem with these systems, they place an enormous amount of power in the hands of a very few people, you have to very trusting of those people and there aren’t many people I trust that much.
This is the main problem with the European Union. I’ll happily admit to not being an expert on Socialism and Communism and I really have no wish to be. I also have no wish to know too much about Islam and I should be free to make that choice.
Flyer, I cannot find anywhere where you have mentioned Lenin ?
Thanks for the article and sharing your personal experience of Brazil. The wrongful usage of US security agencies to spy on President Trump’s election campaign is finally being exposed. Your article made good sense to me and like others here have direct experience of the ever increasing grip of insidious politics in various aspects of life in the UK.
I was similarly exercised by the six year prison penalty for communicating anything deemed “hateful” towards people with protected characteristics. Never before until this decade in the UK have I felt under a regime where what one communicates is spied upon and has the potential for serious involvement with the police, the courts and other parts of the state apparatus based on the flimsy notion and evidence of what a third party believes they were subjected to.
Likewise I have resisted pressure and groupthink from quarters on this site to study stuff I have no interest in studying. I wrongly thought that the customs union fudge would expose PM May to the point she would be replaced. There are too many devastating mass death examples of false prophets ability to remain in power for years and decades just within the last hundred years to allow the EU to hold too much power over the UK. I still find the famous quote by Mikhail Gorbachev amusing.
“The most puzzling development in politics during the last decade is the apparent determination of Western European leaders to re-create the Soviet Union in Western Europe.”
Chris – thenks for that. I’ve just been reading about Sharisa May’s latest stitch up re: the customs union. The Powers That Be are determined not let us out of their evil club, SPECTRE I call them.
I’m bloody furious to read this!
I think we really need to be taking to the streets but in a very organised and methodical way. Sharisa May, I’ve convinced is a very evil woman and unfortunately she is far from being the only one.
Let Theresa May be judged by her actions. In accord with just about every Western government, and enforced by the European Union, Theresa May is pursuing neo-Marxist policies, her latest being to look into the abolition of civil partnerships in order to encourage even more homosexuals to marry, thus totally burying the traditional meaning of marriage. Not only is she a fake Christian but also a fake conservative, much like most of her fellow Tory Members of Parliament.
Unfortunately, my little joke appears to have gone over everyone’s heads, so I’ll explain. Lenin wrote a pamphlet entitled ‘Left Wing Communism: An Infantile Disorder’. I merely used the same format to make a humorous criticism of the constant splits in so-called ‘right wing’ parties, because that was the subject being discussed in the group of comments where I placed it. It. It had absolutely nothing to do with the article.
IanPB Thankyou for taking the trouble to explain everything.
Splitting the vote between too many parties who are basically on our side will lead to defeat. Voters need to have some hope that their vote will not be wasted or, worse still, allow Corbyn to win. They didn’t have much of a choice at the local elections so that has to change.
We’re back to not being properly organised again
We are the frontline, we can talk to the voters, it is way beyond time to be visible out there.
