Mebyon Kernow Rob Simmons  518  1.1
  Conservative Derek Thomas  18491  38.3
Expected Declaration Time: 13:00 Actual Declaration Time:

Results Snippet: Scheduled to be one of the last results to be declared, the Euro results bode well for it, despite the bookies preferences for the Liberal Democrats to hold it (at 9/10) from the Tories at 11/10.

There now follows three Stoke on Trent seats where the only indication that UKIP could do well were the Euro results last year, the Council elections being held every 4 years for all seats, so this year coincides with a local election too. All three could be more UKIP dark horses.
